Studs Up HQ
Studs Up Headquarters is located in the 410 Pressler building in downtown Austin and functions as a shared workspace/office for Studs Up Members as well as providing gym, sauna, and ice plunge access through our partnership with CrossFit Central Downtown.
Within HQ, we will be providing a space in a prime Austin location for members to come focus on their work, interact with other members, get a workout in, and spend some time recovering in the suana and ice plunges.
HQ will also have scheduled programming that will include book clubs, bible studies, and classroom style learning opportunities.
